Need logo with auction website

Im starting a auction or classified website for Utah.

I need a logo utahbuysell.com and if anyone has any scripts for sell or can incorporate the logo into an auction website or classified website that would be great. I have little knowledge with html and design.

I will pay $25 for the best logo, and if you can design a site for me please send me the amount I need to pay, and I will take the most logical offer.

But at least for now Im looking for a logo utahbuysell.com

That is the format I am looking for with the Utah on top and buysell.com underneath. The U looks like the University of Utah and I cant have that because there is a huge rivalry with BYU down south. I dont want them to feel this is a University of Utah site. So could you change the colors. Maybe BOLD the buysell.com more and I like the color schemes of navy blue and red or navy blue and orange.
