Need UK Hosting

Hi guys,

1. I'm currently hosted with MediaTemple, they're pretty awesome but I need a UK server (being based in the UK it also makes a lot more sense).
2. I would like something similar to what they offer (mt) Media Temple - Web Hosting Built to Scale. I'm currently on the GS for $17 a month. I dont mind if its not clustered hosting or whatever.
   (EDIT: They offer 100GB storage, 1TB transfer, I'd probably need around <5GB storage, <20GB transfer max)
3. I prefer cPanel but I dont mind what it is really as long as its not directadmin (could even be proprietry).
4. I currently host 11 sites, MediaTemple don't offer reseller accounts per-say but they let me add domains to my beaver6813.com account.
5. Free migration services (moving the sites/db over) would be of great help!
6. PHP5 is a MUST
7. Some sort of shell access is a MUST

Any relevant offers? :D
