domain Need to know whether to sell this domain or not

I posted this in another thread, so thought i would try again.
I've received an offer of $300 for pokergossip(.)co(.)uk
It would be really helpful if some people could post their opinions on what they think the true value of the name is.
Appreciate your help.

I am not an expert on .co.uk, but I can judge the value based on other metrics.

- Taken in .COM only
- Term "pokergossip" is taken in 4 domains
- Results 1 - 10 of about 8,740 for "poker gossip"

Assuming the site has no traffic, I think $300 is a more than fair offer.
They could just buy any of the other extensions like .NET for reg fee if they really wanted the term.

I agree with Brad on this, and suggest taking the offer. The searches (Google adwords) are low (260/mo), so at least people are typing that exact phrase into google search for some reason. (flame guards up) When I think of poker I generally think of a lot of men playing the game (acknowledge there are some great women poker players). Somehow the gossip part just clashes. Kind of like football gossip. I don't sit around and gossip about football, although I love the game. (bad year for the Seahawks). There are lots of poker domains out there (I have several), so lots of competition.
