I need someone who can take 1 small html file and create a CSS file that will control all aspects of the page (tables, font, text, colors, etc). I then need to make sure the page looks the same in IE and in Firefox since right now it is not looking right in Firefox. Will pay you $30 to $40 to do this for me quickly.
