cheapest someone has offered is $25 and to be done within a day

to be honest i don't mind about how long it will take. Just need it done by a week today. (friday)

thanks for the reply, looked at your profile of coded sites, some seem to take long time to load, and load like bit by bit, is that what happens when a psd is coded ?

I can do it for $20, and no they dont have to be that slow loading.
You can check www.arcadeactor.com, www.optsite.info out and you will see how fast loading those sites are My sites of course.

Can do it within one hour or 1.5 hour, not sure how long it will take.

also need site to be edittable in frontpage (html)
