Looking good. Although, I suggest moving the "B" and the "R" closer to the A.

I feel like it is just too big. I agree that moving the B and the R closer to the A might help.

I think that looks better. The B and the R dont look so out of place now. It also decreases the height of the logo, which I think makes it look better.

maybe, you could put the B and R in an offset white. I think that'll make it look nice.

maybe put the A in offset white too.
