Hey guys, I am making someone a Business card... I could use some advice as to the design

The old business card is attached, but the guy wants a cool new LOOK!!! *<|

Since the guy is a personal trainer, what about a card that exudes strength?

Not cheap, but if they sell business, could be well worth the expense.
