well basically my website is ranked too low in the google ranking and other search engines, i am not good with websites, and do not know what to do to improve my ranking, can you guys please give me some information, and some links thats can help me out with valuable information.

keywords and meta tags have nothing to do with pr. where are you getting your information from?

You *could* target all those keywords on one *site*, but don't try to target them all on the same *page*. Make each page about one subject and one subject only. Don't try to stuff off-topic keywords anywhere in that page. Have good site navigation so people can get to other pages and topics in a logical manner.
