I am the owner of a domain by the name of 60oz.com

I like the domain name because it is short and easy to remember, but am still uncertain as to what type of content I should place on this site.

These are the ideas of thought about.

1. Rotating search engine links upon the site.
2. Establishing a casino link gateway
3. Implementing a message board
4. Making it a PTR/PTC site
5. Making it a traffic exchange

I can obtain hosting for it for $.99 per month... very cheap.

Am looking for suggestions from anyone as to how I might put this domain name to use.

That's a tough one. I'm picturing a site like collegehumor.com with crazy stuff about getting drunk, video clips, pictures, you know...

The logo could be a two forty ounce malt liquor bottles, one half empty (hense 60oz)

the problem is that you really nned to brand the site as if people say, "hey, I found a cool site...it's 60 ounce" , people will type in www.sixtyounce.com or www.60ounce.com. BOTH of these are available to reg so I would go grab both.
