Develop ideas on TattooClassifieds.com, your suggestion

Hello NPers,
I am going to develop a site on Tattoos since it is quite hot today
I don't have big investment on this to buy a high quality domain from aftermarket. I picked the Domain TattooClassifieds.com today after a few days hard searching.

I may develop it as a small site with some basic information on Tattoos, and a directory (Classifieds) for Tattoo service providers.

Now my question is:

If you see this domain, would you think this must be a pure Ads Site then even not worth of visting?

Any suggestions on the domain and development ideas are welcome.
