Need some help with a scrupt

need some help with a script

i'm not sure what really went wrong here but i was trying to use the gallery "pyxy gallery" don't ask why
anyway this offers more the needs of what i need to do and can't even get it right. i'm useless :D
anyway, heres the url here, i can't get thumbnails working, not sure what to do because i'm not code minded and have no clue about php or JS

Just download the RPM using the link from Eric, then execute it.

cd /root/
mkdir gd-temp
cd gd-temp
wget ftp://ftp.centos.org/4.5/os/x86_64/CentOS/RPMS/gd-2.0.28-5.4E.x86_64.rpm
rpm -ivh gd-2.0.28-5.4E.x86_64.rpm
cd ..
rm -rf gd-temp

Then recompile php, adding in the neccessary commands to your configure command

I used the following to configure my php:

'./configure' '--with-apxs2' '--with-curl' '--with-curl-dir=/usr/local/lib' '--with-gd' '--with-gd-dir=/usr/local/lib' '--with-gettext' '--with-jpeg-dir=/usr/local/lib' '--with-kerberos' '--with-openssl' '--with-mcrypt' '--with-mhash' '--with-mysql=/usr' '--with-pear' '--with-png-dir=/usr/local/lib' '--with-xml' '--with-zlib' '--with-zlib-dir=/usr/local/lib' '--with-zip' '--with-freetype=/usr/local' '--with-freetype-dir=/usr/local/lib' '--enable-bcmath' '--enable-calendar' '--enable-ftp' '--enable-magic-quotes' '--enable-sockets' '--enable-track-vars' '--enable-mbstring' '--enable-memory-limit'

im so useless, i'd get to the download part, type it all in, hit enter and it'd begin then say no route to host, whats that mean?
