Hello, thank you for reading this. I am writing this because your guys opinions and feedback are going to decide what site I spend the next year developing. I take the advice on this site very serious and to heart and I am looking for some quality feedback. I have 2 domains and I want put my heart and soul into one of them. I am going to list them and give you what I know and how I feel about each one. If you could in turn tell me which you would go with if you had a year to develop. I am looking to profit, period. I want to turn around and sell the site for some real money. If I spend a year developing I want to turn a profit. So your honest and sincere opinions will be so very much appreciated!

Pros..
This is a great domain in my opinion. It deals with credit which is obviously a huge online market. Credit situation is a commonly used term. I plan on developing a site that teaches its readers about their personal credit and about credit cards. My main profession is in the credit and credit card industry so I bring a lot of knowledge to the table. So I feel I could develop a site with original content and obviously credit is not going anywhere and can be very profitable.
Cons..
Its an extremely competitive field. It will be difficult to get a lot of quality traffic (search engine) to this site for fairly obvious reasons. Also the term credit situation is not searched very much. Which can hinder me in getting organic traffic.

Ok now before you get mad at me, hear me out. I know there are a lot of .info haters up in here but check it out. "Natural Disasters" is a very searched term, around 1100 a day according to wordtracker. I will be able to get tons of traffic to this site because it has a lot less competition. I love natural disasters and have always had a passion for mother nature, so writing for this site would take a lot of research but I would love doing it. I know the .info sucks but you have to admit the extension completely fits the domain. I truly believe that this domain could go for A LOT to an end user. Even more if I had developed the site for a year, but will I ever find one.

One word really.. Profit. Im not sure how profitable this subject can really be. Its hard to say how much I am going to get paid for adsense clicks and Im not really sure of any other way to optimize a site with this sort of content for profit. I know the . info is frowned upon by a lot of people but like I said earlier it does fit the type of site it would be. The traffic would just be info seekers not really ready to spend or looking for any kind of help.
