Need some advice

I'm working on a site that is gonna sell football shirts, i've come up with a design that i like, but right now the background is white, and it just seems to be lacking something. I cannot figure out what i should do for a background.

*ignore the main font colors and stuff, cuz i'll change those when i decide on a background*

try a dark grey, maybe #333333, #666666, or #999999 with text colors like #CCCCCC or #FFFFFF (white)

add in some of the shirts that you be selling as well or some football stars images.

Maybe you should change the background colour and not use white
