Need some advice

Hi guys,

I have a name that is on course to receive 1,000,000 uniques per year of known targeted traffic on a particular subject (want to keep the name secret :hehe I was just wondering what this name would be worth? Its CTR is ok, maybe around the 12-15% mark but avg. revenue per click is scandalously low, even on sedopro at only 4 euro cents per click. I havent tried it on bodis yet because of strict nameserver requirements for the name so the revenue could catapult up to crazy $XXX levels per day if bodis had the nameserver requirements (i believe they are working on it..) What price could i expect to get for such a name? i know the benchmark is 24 months revenue but with the volume of traffic, could i get more?

From what I know, if its a non TM typo, its generally 5 years revenue, generic, then you can ask for upto 10 years of revenue.
But 1 million uniques is a lot.
I think one NP member has XF.com up for sale here which supposedly gets 175,000 visitors per month. Its a developed site and the NP member started the offers at 50,000. Easily, such a name would be worth greater than 100k.
