Need small web statistics script

Hey,

I need a script that allows a user to insert a line or two of code into their website and log in to my website to check their web statistics. It should show referrers, uniques, page views and, if possible, search engine keywords and countries. The last two aren't absolutely necessary. I need a script suitable for a Linux server. Please PM a quote.
