Looking for a someone to make a word press site for a retail consignment store.

The site does not need e-commerce functions

The site does need:
ability for the site owner to up load photos to site simply
Ability to share photos directly to the store's facebook page
Have the store's facebook feed posts appear on the home page of the site
Designer must be willing to spend at least some time via skype video discussing the site with the site owner.
