Introduction:
I am 27 and living in Germany. I am interested in developing a website related to food recipes. I already have bought a domain but I am too busy to write quality recipes and articles on foods.
Requirements:
I need someone who could write recipes for me starting from famous recipes. The language of writing will be English; however, if someone can write in German then he/she is also welcome. I want to build a huge database e.g. 4000+ recipes. I have seen some 4000+ databases being sold for 25 USD but I do not like the quality.
I would like to first set a meeting with the person where we will first make a format checking famous food related websites i.e. in what format they write the recipes. Then the person can start writing the recipes. The quality of writing should be good, concise and understandable.

Future Project:
It would be good if the person has good skills in web designing especially SEO as I would need the assistance in this case as well..
