Need quick Javascript code

I am having issues with a site of mine and need something created that should be simple to make for an experienced javascript coder.

I have five products each with a QUANTITY and COST textbox.

State Dropdown [DROPDOWN]

Product 1 [QTY1] [TOTAL1]
Product 2 [QTY2] [TOTAL2]
Product 3 [QTY3] [TOTAL3]

SUBTOTAL: [SUBTOTAL] (TOTAL1+TOTAL2+TOTAL3)
TAX: [TAX] (IF dropdown=FLORIDA tax is SUBTOTAL*0.065)
SHIPPPING: [SHIPPING AMT] (< $8 S/H $5.98 >$8 $8.95)
ORDER TOTAL: [ORDER TOTAL] (ORDER TOTAL=SUBTOTAL+SHIPPING+TAX)

I want this all to update automatically onChange or some other automatic method, so I can use the form method to open in a new window with the data.

I am willing to pay to have this created and working correctly.

Thanks, but while I was waiting for anyone to respond with a price for this task, I went I went ahead and was able to complete the project. I am going to integrate my code into my site over the next few days. If I find it does not work properly, I will contact you and pay you for your code.
