Need Proxy hosting

I bought a reseller to host all my proxies, but in a week the server was using "too many resources" so its all messed up now
I need a RELIABLE hosting for proxy websites!
I am using GLYPE and might use ZELUNE for one or two sites
i need hosting for 6 websites
I dont have alot of money$ so i need cheap hosting...or for exchanges

Please post here!
your company must have been in business for atleast 2 years and have good rep
I get alot of traffic, so i need something that will keep my website up and running 24/7 no matter what
I have blocked traffic from iran and stuff from a couple of websites, but i want one that accepts all traffic.
