Looking for proxy hosting

Hey,

I'm looking for some proxy hosting with a host that specialises in proxy hosting, I've tried a few normal shared hosts and they have all kicked me out due to proxies being against their TOS.

Budget of around $10-$15/month, don't need masses of space and bandwidth, maybe 200MB space and 30GB bandwidth?
