Need premium layout for portfolio (Paying USD PayPal)

Looking for a custom portfolio layout for a personal website.

Colors i have in mind: a blue/organge/gray color combo.

Gray being a nice background

Must be coded in div/css and work in IE/Firefox/netscape ect...

Must be a centered layout


Basicly a nice header, links will be text so i can change/add more at any time if needed under the nice looking header.

Will need a custom logo button that i will be putting on my up coming open source projects
