Need ad placement review

I only used leaderboard & skyscraper and wanted some feedbacks on how I can improve ad placement...

There are some pages that the skyscraper & banner are not displaying..is this just normal?

It depends on the content on your website and the related advertisement available for the related content. SO its normal

I guess, the skyscraper is too distracting for visitors and I'm planning of replacing it by 120x240..

what do you think? or I'll just leave it as is..
