Need php/sql work urgently.

This is about a 5 minute job, I've actually done most of it, I just need one more tiny change.

Basically, I've set up a text input, all I need is for the user to put in an input, then submit it, so it writes that input to the SQL table I have already created, and I need to display it on a later page.

I need this job done ASAP.
