Hey everyone! I need some help writing a PHP file and am willing to pay someone $20 for their time. This project deals with taking a CSV file and importing it into a MySQL database.
What I'd like for this PHP file to do is take a CSV file (located in the same folder) and import it into a database I've created. I plan on setting up a cron job which would call this file every 15mins and I'd like to have it clear and re-write the database rows each time the cron runs (remove the rows from previous pull and only store the new ones)
