Need Php directory script!

Hello I need a directory script...NOT reciprical link script...Would like to be able to edit in dreamweaver 8 easily.
What I want it to do is users can enter link to a particular site and also find links through categories and sub categories. A lot like phpdb link directory but without the reciprical link part. And I don't want to call them links. Will pay through paypal or np or trade etc. thx

so you can eliminate the reciprical link section? And change where it says links to something else?
