Hi all,

I am looking for someone who can,

1 Follow instructions

2 Do as they say

3 Follow what i say

What i have is 1 site where it is fully functional.

I need that site (minus the data that it comes with) Articles/Glossary/Listings (company details) take this old site back to basic before any content was added.

And change the skin/style of the website to another 1 ( i have 1 in mind) Pretty simple design

There will be 1 hardish bit of coding (navigation map) Using an image of the US.

The new site will have the exact same functions as the old 1. It has an admin panel also.

The Old site has these features and more

Articles - Submitt/Delete/Edit/Catogorise < through the admin panel.

Glossary terms - Same as above

Company listings - add/edit/delete/

Comments - same as above.

All i need is for soneone to change the skin/style (varies) and keep all the features.

You can use a backup of the Old site to work on.

BUT After completion i will need more items added (contact form/Captcha/paid listings/news page/ and so on) these will be extra $$$$ after completion)

OK, that was a rough idea :

Basic style,

Change www.constructionworld.us into www.foreclosure.com (similar style/layout)

ConstructionWorld.us - Change the state url's to somewhere else,dont list the articles/feeds on the page ( The FEEDS will be deleted from the new site)

The job was handed to someone but we had some troubles.
