I need free Newsletter Script for my website. If anyone help me i'm thankful to him/her in advance.

there is a script in cpanel i think it is called phpmail people add there email address's then you go to your admin panel of phpmail and go to newsletters and you can send your newsletter from there easy as that

I need script which not need any Mysql Database. Is it available free anywhere ?

You have to have a MySQL database, or any other database, or you could do text file i/o, but databases are easier. There are plenty of free mysql databases on the web, just search for it.
