Need MySQL Table structure set up from CSV files

Hello,

I am transferring a database from MSSQL to MySQL (Online). Normally this is something I would do myself, but time has become short.

I need someone to take the CSV files I have (only have the headers), and create the table structures.

When I import into PHPMyAdmin, it all shows up with varchar(10) and I do not have enough to time switch them all to what they should be. All I'm asking for is INT (primary key), varchar (255) and text on the longer fields.

I'm willing to pay $30 to anyone who can get this done TODAY! And $25 if it's done by tomorrow.
