Need membership and user account for website

Hello, I am the co-owner of ClicktoDonate.org and I would like to find a developer that could create a membership/user account interface for our website. We use Yahoo hosting and I was thinking of using Drupal(CMS) for what we wanted to accomplish. I have no knowledge of CMS and how to use it. We need clicks tracked from individual users that click daily for charitable causes. I would think either joomla or drupal could be used for this.
