Need Link Selling/Trading Type Website

I am looking to start a Link Selling/Trading site. Looking for someone experienced that can setup a easy-to-edit site for someone who jsut knows basic HTML. I want something professional. **Note** I can do the web design aspect of the site, I just basically need the coding/scripts done.
