Urgent* Need Drupal Custom Skinner

I've designed a mock-up of a site, and I've already installed all the required Drupal modules. I'm looking for someone who knows how to skin Drupal well so it the site can look exactly like the mock-up.

This is an urgent project, and needs to be done by Tuesday. I've already done the graphics so I only need someone who's good in coding/CSS.
