Need idea to develop news related type of website

Hello guys,

I own the domain topeditions .com - currently it is for sale on squadhelp. At the moment I do not see it sell any faster, so after I finish my current project, I decided to develop it.

I hvae some inspiration from:
- popurls.com
- themorningnews.org
- theweblist.net

Do you think it is a good idea or the market is over-saturated ? If so, can you please give me development ideas on how can I develop the domain ?!
