hello Red-wolf,
rather than looking for an affiliate program, why don't you contact a reputable host directly and strike a deal with them? i'm pretty sure most hosts out there will be interested if you could bring them additional customers

or perhaps you could try ebay-ing terms like "hosting affiliate", "hosting re-sale" or something along the lines? i tried that some years ago and if my memory doesn't fail me, i've found some ebay-ers selling hosting websites. The catch is that you'll have to host with the seller but you'll keep the profits of any customers you find. the problems are of course, reliability and some startup costs. caveat emptor.
