Ok, well I beleave I have a extreamly good brand name. I want to trademark it under my name. I live in the united states. Im 15, I have the help of a parent to do this. Thats just a little info on me.

I what to buy the domains, and trademark the name. I beleave that it could be worth a lot in the future.. Some one tell me how to do this. Please and thank you

Trademark stauts is earned thorugh commercial usage of the name/product/service. Unless you file for future use, you can't jsut trademark something and say you have one. It is a little bit tougher than that. Here is a start www.uspto.gov and read up. Good luck.

You do know it will be like 400 dollars to trademark it. Also you may want to trademark the company name as apposed to company.com. Though if its an online company company.com tm could be good. Yellowpages.com is trademarked, and Yellow Pages is owned by someone else.
