Need help with simple problem

I want to code page "A" so that any AHREF link clicked on within page "A" will open a new page WITHIN a frame in page "B"

I have set up a test on : http://freegriddownload.com/test/

The link should open in the Left Hand frame on http://freegriddownload.com/test/howto/

but it opens a new window UGH !!!

Does anyone know how to correct the problem ?

I had thought maybe I could do it using "layers" instead of "frames" but the coding of "layers" got me beat

give the frame you want to change a name with name="blah" and then use target="nameofframe" with the a href and it should change the target frame.

frames are not recommended. i'd suggest that you make "full" pages instead of breaking it up via frames.
