Hi,
I have just been making a site with frames. I have my buttons in the frame at the top of the page and the page loads below when a button is clicked. However, when you click the "home" button which should load the home page up in the frame below, it loads all of the buttons up again...
Please see http://www.hnc-therapy.co.uk and try it.
I would appreciate help.
Thanks,
Colin

try: target="_self" instead of "c" just on home button

ahh thanks very much :) rep added.

actually, that didn't do it.... it just seems to load the button frame into the top.....
I think the complication arrises because the index is of course split into 2...

well if "_self" (yes there is an _ in it) doesn't work then just do this:

<A href="http://www.hnc-therapy.co.uk/cell_c.htm" target="C">
