Need help with reload script

Hi i have a huge problem with my php web radio player
looks like reload script takes to much resources from server and this cause problems.

php player use to much ram and cpu resources wich means that my player is not welcome in all host servers.

I tried to fix that but didnt recongnized relaod script, if someone can help me to remove relaod script will be great

reload script funcionality: show current song every 60s
