someone said that the result with ext is "0" for the domain. Pls help out.

welp, maybe he's just wanted to make sure that everyone is getting the same result since he said, someone told him that there's "0" result... and also, he might be also thinking about differences of results on different geographical locations.... welp, as long as it's US overture result then you'll get the same results anywhere on earth

This is because one of my prospect said that the domain have no ovt w/e. But the fact is the domain have 141.

So the deal is gone. R u interested?

Buyers buys traffic, not ovt count

i suggest that you park it somewhere with nice traffic stats presentation or get a cheap webhost with awstats or webalizer to monitor traffic, this is very reliable thus you may be able to convince buyers well and also, buyers are not buying the ovt count, they're buying traffic. Ovt count isn't reliable since it's outdated and numbers can be easily manipulated.

I parked the domain at Sedo and the traffic perday average 150.

Revenue about $5.00 perday ($150 permonth).

I am not sure about the manipulated but There is buyers looking for Ovt with/ext mostly still out.

You can sell it just based on the stats. If I was to value it just by the OVT score it would be far less than you make in 2 weeks with ppc..

OVT is good poniter, but is also a gamble, it has some meaning for domains that are still not registered. If you register it, and you sell it as traffic domain w/ovt but you have no stats noone will buy, because it means that it either has no traffic or it has low CTR/non US traffic.

For best results, sell it with proof of traffic >> stats.
