Need help with c# chat script

Hey guys, i have just recently made a simple chat script in c# - works great.
Only problem is, i need to have the chat script open at all times so that when clients connect, they can connect to the server....
Its an exe file, is there any way or any kind of hosting that i could just upload an exe and keep it running all the time on the hosting - so that there is always somewhere to connect to when the script is open

This is a guess but, you most likely need to make it a process and most shared hosts won't allow this so you'll need a vps or dedicated.

I have a VPS with full root access, however its Linux, so I need to either somehow get a linux c sharp compiler (mono maybe?) or get a server to run this on windows.

Im not sure exactly what I need though


:EDIT:
My host installed mono for me - works alright but doesnt like Windows.Forms. - understandable I guess, so im just going to have to re-write it as a console app :P
