Need help with a registrfly problem

I have an account that I want to transfer to godaddy, but I can't for the life of me find the auth code that SHOULD be provided on registerfly.....

that and the site is SOOOOOOOO slow and I cannot seem to get support via chat or phone...

i am dealing with the same problem, i called them and practically fell off my chair when i got a support guy in less than a minute

he told me to email him with the domains and he would email me the EPP codes

i see that my account has been accessed so i hope that's him doing his research to do this

if you want his email send me a pm or try calling them

these guys are just not maintaining their site at all, they have had a .net special on their front page which is now almost a week out of date

i want to get away from these guys and never go back

I had a problem with them because my nameservers werent changing...turns out that their support place is right next to where i live (20 miles away)...I think I may pay them a visit

see if you can get them to tell you whre the Auth code for changing domain registrars is... thanks.. heh

If you cant get ahold of them, contact ICANN...im sure they will sort em' out.
