Need help using domain monitor at domaintools

I have started to use domain monitor at domainstools.com to keep track of my portfolio. I'm curious if anyone else has used this service and whether then can help me... I'm trying to upload all of my domain names but the tool isn't accepting some of them (escpecially cctld). Does the tool only work for tld's?

Haven't tried that. Then again I don't have a ccTLD. :D

Send 'em a ticket. I can't find any info about it on their FAQ or troubleshoot.

what extension is it not taking

ive found it doesnt take .ca and a couple of others

anyone else having problems with the emailing option of domaintools, whois.sc used to email me daily with info on the domains i was tracking which led me to reg quite a few, now i never get emails
