Need help urgently!

My forum was hacked by some Arab person!
Its in IPB and the homepage has changed with a Turkey flag in it.

I've checked other parts of the site, like the admin.php, and all are in tact except for index.php.

So, does anyone have any IPB forum? If yes, can I have an index.php. Version 2.1.5.

I only need that file! Very urgent! I have 380 members currently!

Alright, changed the homepage. And changed my ftp password too.
I have an original VBulletin. Anyways for me to convert from IPB to VB?
