Need help to develop .TV domains for cash or partnership

Don't have the time/expertise to develop these names. I think they are all worth developing. Let me know what you think of these names and what you would could do with them. I have extensive experience in Music, Software, and Real Estate, so would want be involved in project. No need to do them all, one at a time is OK.

Please, experienced only with sample sites... I'm interested in your ideas.

MusicTeacher.tv - allow music teachers to advertise, collecting teachers in all fields, such as piano, guitar, drums, clarinet, etc. Prospective students pay for lessons online, and pick video course.

SoftwareHelp.tv - videos for instruction on various software programs. Site would allow software companies to upload their videos in various categories. Admin would need to approve content.

RealEstateSoftware.tv - sell space to software vendors to advertise their product for investing, seminars, property management software, listing software, amortization software, loan software, etc.

BandAudition.tv - bands purchase space for auditions of various kinds: bands auditioning to clubs for live gigs, auditions for record labels, musicians auditioning to join an band, etc.

These next 3 go together. I believe that Internet TV will have to go to a rating system like the movies. X Rated was taken of course, (and I wouldn't do it anyway), but here are the others:

GRated.tv - G Rated TV shows only
PGRated.tv - PG Rated TV shows only
RRated.tv - R Rated TV shows only
