You can place thousands of phrases before a keyword. The above are still available to reg too. Since there are endless phrase+keyword combinations available with almost any keyword, no one's going to pay good money for one of them when they can just get another one for reg fee. Please don't waste any more of your money on domains like this. Hang around the forum and see what makes a decent hand-reg (most of them aren't decent, but take a look anyway because people do hand reg the occasional decent domain and flip it for a few xxx or higher - keep an eye on the 'report completed domain name sales' thread.)
And if you're going to insist on creating domains like this, at least use keywords that people DO go mad about, keywords that actually sell. You're not going to see a bunch of sales on the keyword 'sandwiches', anywhere. Mad about tech, money, porn, cars, food, sports, etc, at least have a vague chance of selling. But 'mad about' isn't exactly a strong keyphrase either, since - as I showed above - you can make up a ton of such phrases before a keyword.
Weak phrase + weak end-user buyer keyword (you'll find almost zero sales of domains with keyword 'sandwiches', ever) = zero value, zero chance of selling the domain. IMO.
