Need help restoring wordpress database

Hi,

I just switched host and have no idea nor time to figure out how to restore my wordpress database.

I am willing to pay a reasonable fee to a webmaster who can backup and restore my database at my new host. Oh and I haven't installed wordpress yet so you'd have to do that too. It's a very small database so it shouldn;t take you more than an hour but it would take me days and I can't afford that!

I can help you out with this, I assume both your old and new hosting accounts are on a cPanel server? Or at least have access to phpMyadmin ?
