Need help regarding psd templates

I downloaded a few psd templates.How do I use them with photoshop and without photoshop(on Ubuntu)?
I have no idea how to use the psd files.

What do you mean by "how to use them"

You can open them in photoshop and edit the layouts (if that's what you're needing to do)

You can't get HTML from the psd, as it does not contain it. You need to learn or pay to have it sliced and coded.
