domain Need Help Quickly....In the midst of selling

I have the domain name Rich**Dad **University***com and I contacted the richdad organization about selling to them.....What should I ask for a domain such as this....

Any help would be appreciated.

First off, I would disguise your domain.
Rich Dad University/com, or (dot) com, etc.
In case it is being searched, It will not show without the correct spelling/punctuation.
Hope that makes sense.

Secondly, What is it worth to you?
$10.00? $100.00?
Whatever you would be happy with,
is what you should sell it for.
If you try for a high $x,xxx sale and it falls thru,
will you stilll be happy owning it?

Domain value (for a 3-worder, such as yours)
is in the eye of the buyer.

If you hand-regged it, and have no plans for developing it,
I think $100.00 should make you happy.
Try for $2-$250, then you may have some wiggle room.
It is really up to you.

Unfortunately names like that, wouldn't fetch $5.00 in the MarketPlace here.

Virtually all of these results are for the term used by Robert Kiyosaki, which I am sure is a TM.

I would try to make a sale without being greedy. There is not a big pool of end users.

This new info, of the TM issue...
This just made your domain worthless.
Or worse yet, A potential and VERY expensive liability!

Get rid of it quick.
If you get your reg fee back, you're lucky.

Use it as a learning lesson,

Name is worthless. You cant reg names similar to TMs and then on top of that try to offer them to the TM holder. I would just get rid of the name. I wouldnt reg anymore names until you spend a few more months on the forum researching the business.

His office has already emailed me about the possibility of buying it. I bought this domain ages ago, along with TheMillionaireUniversity, TheMillionairesUniversity among many others.

I guess I will just wait and see what happens.

By the way, thank you all for the advice, I have to trim up my portfolio of domains and this just seemed like a logical one to get rid of.

I wouldn't ask them for a price. Let them make an offer. If it's $5 take it and save yourself some legal pain. Bone up in the legal section of NamePros.
