Need help please.. Website Valuation

I prematurely posted a website for sale before knowing how to value it! Please see my posting for the sale Here and give a fair value for a sale! All help much appreciated.

well, I checked your post and the site. not bad, I like it.
First, I'm not sure if a domainer will pay you too much for it because it is a new site and questionalble on worth. "meaning it's not old enough to be stable"

To tell you the truth I'm really up in the air wether I'd keep it for a little bit "6 months" and build on it to cement it's worth, or dump it now for a quick little hit.
Sorry Sheprd, Right now I wouldn't pay more than 1800.00 for it, and thats on the high side. Work it for a few months, you might decide it's making too much money to sell?
Remeber I'm no expert on pricing! ! !

It is already making too much to sell by choice. It is just about the only asset I can let go of right now though to get me through a tight period, the adsense takes to long to pay! I honestly wouldn't dream of selling this soon otherwise.
