Need help in 10-15 minutes (Urgent please)

First of sorry if this is posted in the wrong section,

but i am in a big hurry, i need some one who could lend me $23 for about 7-8 hours max 1 day. i will pay it back. i really need the money during these minutes.

if some one may think i am going to do a fraud or such, let me say this
i have no intention to fraud, if the person wants i will give him
all My NP's i have here, access to my RESELLER ACCOUNT has
over 10 GB Space and 100 GB bandwidth.

i am giving this so that the person doesn't think i am frauding him/or her
they can keep it till i pay them back and also change the pass till then

i dont have that much time to explain for what i need this money so urgently
but its a very good reason, will surely tell it later.

please only serious people can help are welcomed
i dont want people who wants to have fun.

all the dealing will be made online on NP
and i only can accept payments from stormpay
