Need help for YouTube-like site...

Hello,

I'm planning a new site, an online video/community
site like YouTube but for a niche market (I can't yet
say, but it's not adult or gambling or anything illegal).

I'm looking for someone to help set up the site,
tinker with the script and show me how to best
maintain it.

The script I'd like to use is called Social Media, and
it's from Entertainmentscripts.com. If you'd like,
they're located here:

I don't know if this is the best script around, so maybe
you can also give recommendations.

Anyway, because I'm clueless as to what is needed to set up and
operate such a site, I'm looking for someone to help me from start
to launch.

I wish I can be more detailed but, as I mentioned, I'm not even sure
of the information you'll need.
